Posting Guidelines

Neplify is a global digital platform created primarily to connect and serve the global Nepali community.
These Posting Guidelines apply to individuals, businesses, organizations, employers, service providers, event organizers, sellers, advertisers, and other users who publish content on Neplify. They apply to content including listings, advertisements, business information, events, food, products, services, gifts, jobs and internships, accommodations, photographs, videos, reviews, comments, and other materials submitted to the Platform.
By posting content on Neplify, you agree to follow these Posting Guidelines, our Terms of Use, Community Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Neplify policies.
1. Who Can Post on Neplify
Neplify is built primarily for the global Nepali community, but participation is not limited exclusively to Nepali citizens or people of Nepali origin.
Individuals, businesses, organizations, employers, professionals, and service providers of any nationality may use Neplify where their content, products, services, opportunities, or activities are relevant to the Platform or the community it serves.
Anyone can use Neplify. Not everything belongs on Neplify.
Content that is unrelated, irrelevant, misleading, abusive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform may be restricted or removed.
2. Current Neplify Categories
Content should be posted in the appropriate category.
Neplify currently supports:
- Events
- Food
- Products
- Services
- Gifts
- Jobs & Internships
- Accommodations
Users must select the category and subcategory that most accurately represents their listing.
Posting content in an unrelated category solely to gain additional visibility is prohibited.
3. Accurate and Honest Information
All content posted on Neplify must be truthful, accurate, and reasonably complete.
Users must not:
- Post false or intentionally misleading information.
- Use deceptive pricing.
- Misrepresent a business, product, service, job, accommodation, or event.
- Advertise something that does not exist or is not actually available.
- Hide material conditions that could significantly affect a user's decision.
- Use misleading titles, descriptions, photographs, or videos.
- Make false claims about qualifications, licences, experience, or credentials.
- Create fake testimonials, ratings, or reviews.
- Falsely claim affiliation with Neplify or another organization.
If important information changes, users should update their listings promptly.
4. Authentic Photographs and Media
Photographs and videos should reasonably represent what is being advertised.
Users must not use media in a way that intentionally misleads others about:
- Product condition.
- Accommodation condition.
- Business location.
- Food or gift appearance.
- Event attendance.
- Service results.
- Personal or business identity.
Stock, promotional, digitally altered, or AI-generated images should not be presented as photographs of an actual product, property, person, event, business location, or completed service when that is not true.
5. AI-Generated and Manipulated Content
Artificial intelligence may be used to assist with content creation where lawful and appropriate.
However, AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, or digitally altered content must not be used to deceive Neplify users.
Users must not use AI-generated or manipulated content to:
- Impersonate a real person.
- Fabricate a business.
- Create a fake product.
- Falsely represent an accommodation.
- Fabricate an event.
- Create deceptive before-and-after results.
- Misrepresent professional work.
- Falsely depict something as having happened in the real world.
- Create fraudulent documents or evidence.
- Conduct scams or fraud.
- Mislead users about material information.
Where AI-generated or manipulated content could reasonably be mistaken for authentic real-world content, users must provide appropriate disclosure where required by Neplify or applicable law.
Neplify may label, restrict, or remove AI-generated or manipulated content that is deceptive, harmful, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with Platform policies.
6. Duplicate Listings and Spam
Users must not create excessive, repetitive, or duplicate content.
This includes:
- Posting the same listing repeatedly.
- Posting identical listings across unrelated categories.
- Creating multiple accounts to promote the same content.
- Excessively reposting content to remain at the top of results.
- Sending mass unsolicited promotional messages.
- Posting irrelevant keywords to manipulate search results.
- Creating meaningless or low-quality listings solely for visibility.
Neplify may remove duplicate content or limit posting privileges.
7. Events
Event listings must provide accurate information regarding:
- Event name.
- Organizer.
- Date and time.
- Location.
- Admission requirements.
- Pricing where applicable.
- Event description.
- Important restrictions or conditions.
Event organizers must not advertise fake events or intentionally misrepresent performers, speakers, sponsors, venues, partnerships, or expected activities.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed, the organizer should update the listing promptly.
8. Food
Restaurants, caterers, bakeries, food businesses, and other food-related providers must accurately represent their offerings.
Food listings must not contain intentionally false information regarding:
- Menu items.
- Pricing.
- Availability.
- Ingredients.
- Portion sizes.
- Business location.
- Delivery availability.
- Food preparation.
Businesses are responsible for complying with applicable food-safety, licensing, labelling, and public-health requirements.
Where legally required, important allergen or ingredient information should be disclosed.
9. Products
Product listings must accurately describe the product being offered.
Users should clearly disclose relevant information such as:
- Condition.
- Price.
- Quantity.
- Important defects.
- Brand.
- Model.
- Authenticity where relevant.
- Delivery or pickup arrangements.
Users must not list:
- Stolen goods.
- Counterfeit products.
- Illegal goods.
- Prohibited items.
- Products they are not legally authorized to sell.
- Items presented as authentic when known to be counterfeit.
Used, refurbished, damaged, or modified products must not be intentionally represented as new.
10. Services
Service providers must accurately describe:
- Services offered.
- Pricing or pricing structure where applicable.
- Relevant qualifications.
- Material conditions.
- Expected scope of work.
- Business or professional information.
Users must not falsely claim:
- Professional licences.
- Certifications.
- Government authorization.
- Professional memberships.
- Experience.
- Credentials.
- Guaranteed results.
Where a profession requires a licence, registration, permit, or other authorization, the provider is responsible for complying with applicable law.
11. Gifts
Gift listings must accurately represent:
- Products offered.
- Pricing.
- Size or quantity where relevant.
- Personalization options.
- Availability.
- Delivery conditions.
- Delivery locations.
- Important cancellation or refund terms.
Businesses must not use misleading photographs or descriptions that materially differ from what customers are expected to receive.
12. Jobs & Internships
Jobs and internship listings must represent legitimate opportunities.
Employers and recruiters must provide accurate information regarding the role and organization.
Job listings must not:
- Advertise fake employment opportunities.
- Impersonate legitimate employers.
- Misrepresent salary or compensation.
- Misrepresent job duties or working conditions.
- Use employment listings primarily to collect personal information.
- Request passwords or account credentials.
- Conduct phishing.
- Require fraudulent payments to obtain employment.
- Promote illegal recruitment activity.
- Mislead applicants about immigration, visa, licensing, or employment status.
- Discriminate unlawfully.
Neplify may apply additional verification or moderation requirements to employers, recruiters, or job listings.
Users should review Neplify's Community Safety guidance before responding to employment opportunities.
13. Accommodations
Accommodation listings must accurately represent the property or accommodation being offered.
Users must not:
- Advertise properties that do not exist.
- List properties without appropriate authority.
- Use stolen photographs to represent a property.
- Intentionally misrepresent the location.
- Hide material accommodation conditions.
- Create fake rental or deposit requests.
- Misrepresent pricing.
- Falsely claim ownership or authorization.
Users should clearly communicate relevant pricing, deposit requirements, availability, conditions, and important accommodation rules.
14. Fraud, Scams and Deceptive Activity
Neplify has zero tolerance for deliberate fraud and scams.
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent listings.
- Operate advance-fee scams.
- Send fake invoices or payment confirmations.
- Request money under false pretences.
- Create fake businesses.
- Create fake employment opportunities.
- Create fake accommodation listings.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Use stolen identities.
- Conduct phishing.
- Send fraudulent links.
- Falsify transaction evidence.
- Use deceptive payment requests.
- Pressure users into suspicious payments.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Neplify.
- Use Neplify to facilitate fraudulent activity elsewhere.
Suspected fraudulent accounts may be restricted or suspended while Neplify investigates.
15. Personal and Financial Information
Users must not attempt to obtain sensitive information from others through deception, coercion, impersonation, or fraudulent activity.
Never request another user's:
- Password.
- One-time verification code.
- Account recovery information.
- Banking login credentials.
- Cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases.
- Other confidential credentials that are not legitimately required.
Users must also avoid publicly posting unnecessary sensitive personal or financial information.
16. Private Payments and Transactions
Neplify does not currently provide a general payment-processing, funds-holding, transaction-protection, or escrow service for private transactions between users unless Neplify expressly states otherwise for a specific service.
Users must not falsely claim that:
- Neplify guarantees a private transaction.
- Neplify is holding private funds.
- A private payment is protected by Neplify.
- Neplify has approved a seller or transaction.
- Neplify guarantees refunds.
Users should independently verify payment arrangements before entering into private transactions.

17. Prohibited Products, Services and Content
Content promoting or facilitating unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or prohibited activity is not permitted.
This may include:
- Illegal products or services.
- Counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Fraudulent services.
- Human trafficking or exploitation.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Illegal narcotics or controlled substances.
- Illegal gambling or betting.
- Dangerous or prohibited weapons.
- Malware.
- Phishing tools or services.
- Stolen credentials or accounts.
- Pirated or unlawfully distributed digital content.
- Illegal financial schemes.
- Content facilitating criminal activity.
Neplify may prohibit additional products, services, or categories where necessary for safety, legal compliance, payment-provider requirements, or Platform integrity.
18. Harassment, Hate and Abusive Content
Users must treat others respectfully.
Users may not post content that:
- Threatens violence.
- Harasses or intimidates another person.
- Promotes hatred.
- Encourages unlawful discrimination.
- Exploits or targets vulnerable individuals.
- Contains abusive or malicious communications.
- Reveals private information with harmful intent.
Disagreement or criticism is permitted where expressed lawfully and respectfully.
19. Misinformation and Misrepresentation
Users must not intentionally publish materially false information designed to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or cause harm to other users.
Neplify may restrict content that falsely represents:
- Business ownership.
- Professional credentials.
- Partnerships.
- Sponsorships.
- Government affiliation.
- Neplify affiliation.
- Product authenticity.
- Employment opportunities.
- Event participation.
- Property ownership.
- Transaction status.
20. Intellectual Property
Users may post only content they own or have appropriate permission or legal authority to use.
Users must not knowingly infringe:
- Copyright.
- Trademark rights.
- Privacy rights.
- Publicity rights.
- Other intellectual property rights.
This includes unauthorized use of photographs, videos, logos, business names, written content, artwork, or other protected materials.
21. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
Users must not:
- Create fake reviews.
- Purchase fraudulent reviews.
- Review their own business using fake accounts.
- Coordinate review manipulation.
- Threaten businesses with negative reviews to obtain money or benefits.
- Publish knowingly false allegations.
- Offer undisclosed compensation for reviews where disclosure is legally required.
Neplify may remove reviews that violate these rules.
22. External Links and Contact Information
Users may include legitimate external information where permitted by Neplify.
External links must not lead to:
- Phishing websites.
- Malware.
- Fraudulent payment pages.
- Deceptive websites.
- Illegal content.
- Websites impersonating legitimate businesses.
- Other harmful destinations.
Neplify may restrict external links or contact information where necessary to reduce fraud, spam, circumvention, or abuse.
23. Account and Moderation Circumvention
Users must not attempt to avoid or defeat Neplify's safety or moderation systems.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Creating replacement accounts after suspension.
- Using multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
- Reposting content Neplify previously removed.
- Manipulating verification systems.
- Attempting to conceal fraudulent activity.
- Interfering with reporting systems.
- Attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems.
- Using automated tools to abuse Platform functionality.
24. Reporting Suspicious Content
Users are encouraged to report content involving:
- Scams.
- Fraud.
- Fake listings.
- Fake jobs.
- Fake businesses.
- Impersonation.
- Phishing.
- Suspicious payment requests.
- Illegal activity.
- Harassment.
- Harmful or prohibited content.
Reports may be submitted using Neplify's available reporting tools or by contacting Neplify.
Providing screenshots, listing information, messages, and other relevant details may help Neplify investigate reports.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular enforcement outcome.
25. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Neplify may review content and Platform activity to protect users and maintain Platform integrity.
Where appropriate, Neplify may:
- Request additional information.
- Request verification.
- Edit or correct categorization where appropriate.
- Reject listings.
- Remove content.
- Reduce or restrict visibility.
- Restrict messaging.
- Limit posting privileges.
- Issue warnings.
- Temporarily suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Prevent repeat account creation.
- Preserve relevant records.
- Cooperate with appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
Serious violations involving fraud, safety risks, illegal activity, or Platform security may result in immediate action without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
26. Neplify Verification
Neplify may offer or require verification for certain users, businesses, employers, or Platform activities.
Verification may include confirmation of information such as:
- Email.
- Phone number.
- Identity.
- Business identity.
- Organization information.
- Other information relevant to Platform safety.
A verification badge indicates only that specified information has been checked.
Verification does not mean Neplify guarantees or endorses a user's honesty, reliability, financial condition, product quality, service quality, professional competence, or future conduct.
27. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they publish and the activities they conduct through Neplify.
Before posting, users should ensure that their content:
- Is truthful.
- Is lawful.
- Is relevant.
- Does not violate another person's rights.
- Does not create unnecessary safety risks.
- Complies with applicable Neplify policies.
Users are also responsible for independently verifying other parties before entering into private agreements or transactions.
28. Changes to These Guidelines
Neplify may update these Posting Guidelines as the Platform evolves.
Changes may reflect:
- New Platform features.
- New categories.
- Safety improvements.
- Fraud-prevention measures.
- Technology changes.
- Legal requirements.
- Marketplace changes.
- Community feedback.
Updated guidelines will be posted with a revised last updated date.
Where appropriate or legally required, Neplify may provide additional notice of material changes.
