Neplify – Posting Guidelines

Neplify is a global platform created primarily for the Nepali community worldwide. To maintain a safe, trustworthy, respectful, and high-quality platform, all users, businesses, advertisers, organizations, and community members must follow these Posting Guidelines when creating advertisements, listings, posts, services, jobs, products, accommodations, events, or other content on Neplify.

By posting on Neplify, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Accurate and Honest Information

All advertisements, listings, and content must contain truthful, accurate, and complete information.

Users may not:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Use fake pricing or deceptive offers
  • Misrepresent products, services, or businesses
  • Post fake reviews or testimonials
  • Use misleading titles, descriptions, or thumbnails
  • Advertise unavailable products or services

Example:

If an item is used or damaged, it must not be listed as new.

2. Duplicate or Spam Content

Users may not post repetitive, duplicate, or spam advertisements.

This includes:

  • Multiple ads for the same product or service
  • Posting identical content across categories
  • Excessive reposting
  • Using multiple accounts for duplicate promotions
  • Mass promotional spam

Action: Duplicate or spam content may be removed without notice.

3. Correct Category Usage

Users must post content in the most relevant category and subcategory.

  • Nepali Cuisine

Gifts:

  • Cakes & Sweets
  • Flowers & Bouquets
  • Personalized Gifts

Jobs & Internships:

  • Healthcare & Medical

  • Hospitality & Tourism

Accommodations:

  • Apartment
  • Basement
  • Roommate
  • Homestay

Incorrect categorization intended to gain visibility may result in removal or restriction.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Neplify:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Fraudulent or scam-related content
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Pornographic material
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Weapons or dangerous items
  • Narcotics or illegal substances
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Pirated digital content
  • Gambling or illegal betting
  • Malware, phishing, or harmful software
  • Graphic violence or disturbing content
  • Content violating privacy or intellectual property rights

Neplify reserves the right to determine what content is inappropriate, harmful, or unsafe.

5. Community Standards

Neplify is intended primarily for the global Nepali community. Users are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior.

Users may not:

  • Harass or abuse others
  • Spread misinformation
  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Attempt to bypass moderation systems
  • Engage in suspicious or harmful activities

6. Business and Service Responsibility

Businesses, advertisers, and service providers are solely responsible for:

  • Advertisement accuracy
  • Product quality
  • Service delivery
  • Pricing transparency
  • Legal compliance
  • Customer communication

Neplify does not guarantee or verify third-party businesses, products, services, or transactions.

Users interact with businesses and advertisers at their own risk.

7. User Safety and Transactions

Users are encouraged to:

  • Verify sellers and buyers independently
  • Avoid suspicious transactions
  • Meet safely when conducting exchanges
  • Protect personal and financial information
  • Report scams or suspicious activities immediately

Neplify is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or transactions between users.

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain platform quality, authenticity, safety, and community standards, Neplify reserves the right to:

  • Review advertisements and listings
  • Remove or reject content
  • Restrict visibility of ads
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Investigate suspicious activities
  • Block fraudulent or abusive users
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

These actions may occur without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Users may not post content that infringes:

  • Copyrights
  • Trademarks
  • Privacy rights
  • Intellectual property rights

Only upload content, images, logos, videos, and materials you own or are authorized to use.

10. Platform Rights

Neplify reserves the right to:

  • Modify these guidelines at any time
  • Remove or reject advertisements
  • Restrict categories or services
  • Limit posting access
  • Introduce verification systems
  • Enforce additional moderation measures

Continued use of Neplify means you accept updated guidelines.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Neplify may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Spam or abuse
  • Policy violations
  • Harmful or suspicious behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • Repeated violations of posting rules

Serious violations may also be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
