At Neplify, we are committed to creating a safe, trusted, and respectful platform for the global Nepali community. Neplify provides a platform where users can discover, connect, communicate, and interact with individuals, businesses, organizations, sellers, buyers, service providers, employers, event organizers, accommodation providers, and other members of the community. While we actively work to identify and reduce scams, fraud, misleading content, abuse, and harmful activity, no online platform can guarantee complete protection from fraudulent or malicious behavior. Users should always exercise caution, independently verify information, and make informed decisions before entering into any agreement or transaction.

Neplify Is a Platform

Neplify helps users discover and connect with one another. Unless Neplify specifically states otherwise for a particular service, Neplify is not a party to private agreements, purchases, sales, payments, contracts, employment arrangements, bookings, deliveries, or other transactions between users. At this time, Neplify does not provide a general payment system for transactions between users. Payments and financial arrangements made directly between users are conducted independently and at the responsibility of the parties involved. Always verify the other party before sending money or entering into an agreement.

Neplify Chat

Neplify Chat allows users to communicate regarding listings, products, services, jobs, accommodations, businesses, organizations, events, and other activities available through the Platform. To help protect our community, Neplify may monitor, review, analyze, or process Platform activity where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include efforts to:

• Detect scams and fraudulent activity.
• Prevent spam and phishing.
• Identify impersonation or suspicious behavior.
• Investigate user reports.
• Detect abusive, threatening, harmful, or illegal activity.
• Enforce Neplify policies.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on Neplify:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive activity.
• Fake or misleading listings.
• Impersonating another person, business, or organization.
• Phishing or attempts to obtain sensitive information dishonestly.
• Selling or promoting illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods or services.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Posting unlawful, deliberately misleading, or harmful content.
• Sending spam, malicious links, or deceptive messages.
• Attempting to access another user's account or information without authorization.
• Using Neplify for illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
• Violating Neplify's Terms of Use, Posting Guidelines, or other Platform policies.

Neplify may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict Platform access, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action.

Protect Your Personal Information

Never share sensitive or confidential information with someone you do not independently know and trust.

This includes:

• Passwords.
• Login credentials.
• One-time verification codes.
• Banking credentials.
• Payment card information.
• Account recovery information.
• Cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases.
• Confidential financial information.
• Sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the transaction.

Neplify will never ask you through Neplify Chat to provide your password, verification code, banking credentials, or cryptocurrency recovery information. If someone claims to represent Neplify and requests sensitive information or asks you to send money, stop communicating with them and report the account immediately.

Payment & Transaction Safety

Neplify does not currently process, collect, hold, transfer, release, guarantee, or protect payments made directly between users. Private payments and transactions are conducted between the parties involved.

Before making any payment:

• Verify the identity of the seller, buyer, business, or service provider.
• Confirm that the product, service, business, job, accommodation, event, or offer is legitimate.
• Confirm the price and transaction terms.
• Understand delivery, cancellation, and refund conditions.
• Be cautious of advance-payment requests.
• Be suspicious of offers that appear unusually attractive or unrealistic.
• Avoid sending money because someone is pressuring you to act quickly.
• Use secure and traceable payment methods whenever possible.
• Keep records of conversations, agreements, invoices, receipts, and payments.

A profile, listing, business page, advertisement, or presence on Neplify does not mean that Neplify guarantees, recommends, or endorses that person, business, product, service, or transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neplify is not responsible for private payments, refunds, disputes, non-delivery, non-payment, fraud, scams, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted directly between users or third parties. Nothing in this Community Safety policy limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Verify Before You Pay

Before entering into an important transaction, users should conduct appropriate due diligence.

Where relevant:

• Verify the person's or business's identity.
• Confirm business contact information.
• Review independent references or reviews.
• Request written quotations or invoices.
• Use written agreements for significant transactions.
• Confirm delivery or completion expectations.
• Understand refund and cancellation conditions.
• Keep records of important communications.

Do not make important financial decisions based only on a Neplify profile, listing, advertisement, screenshot, or message.

Fraud & Scam Awareness

Scammers may attempt to appear legitimate.

They may use:

• Fake identities.
• Fake businesses.
• Misleading photographs.
• Stolen or compromised accounts.
• False documents or information.
• Fake payment confirmations.
• Fraudulent websites or links.
• Unrealistic offers.
• Pressure tactics.

Neplify may use moderation systems, reporting tools, automated technology, account restrictions, and manual reviews to reduce suspicious activity.

However, Neplify cannot guarantee that every scam or fraudulent activity will be detected before appearing on the Platform.

Always verify important information independently.

Jobs & Employment Safety

Before responding to a job opportunity:

• Verify the employer or organization.
• Confirm that the job opportunity is legitimate.
• Be cautious of unrealistic salary or employment promises.
• Be suspicious if someone requests money before providing employment.
• Do not share sensitive financial or account information unnecessarily.
• Carefully review employment terms before accepting an offer.

A job appearing on Neplify does not mean that Neplify guarantees the employer, employment opportunity, salary, working conditions, or payment.

Products & Services Safety

Before purchasing a product or hiring a service provider:

• Verify the seller or provider where appropriate.
• Confirm exactly what you are purchasing.
• Agree on pricing and terms before making payment.
• Understand delivery or completion expectations.
• Request written agreements for significant services.
• Understand cancellation and refund conditions.
• Keep transaction records.

Accommodation Safety

Before making an accommodation-related payment:

• Confirm that the accommodation exists.
• Verify the person or organization offering it.
• Review important terms carefully.
• Be cautious of requests for urgent or unusually large advance payments.
• Avoid relying only on online photographs or messages.
• Use secure and traceable payment methods whenever possible.

Report Suspicious Activity

If you encounter:

• A suspicious user.
• Fake profile.
• Fraudulent listing.
• Misleading advertisement.
• Scam attempt.
• Phishing message.
• Impersonation.
• Fake business.
• Abusive behavior.
• Suspicious payment request.

Report it to Neplify immediately.

Users can use Neplify's available reporting tools or contact our support team.

When reporting suspicious activity, provide as much relevant information as possible.

Neplify may investigate reports and, where appropriate:

• Remove listings or content.
• Restrict accounts.
• Suspend users.
• Permanently terminate accounts.
• Take measures to prevent repeated abuse.
• Cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required.

If you believe someone is attempting to scam you, stop communicating and stop sending money immediately.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when communicating, entering into agreements, or conducting transactions with other users or third parties.

Before making a payment, purchasing a product, hiring a service, accepting a job, booking accommodation, participating in an event, or entering into another agreement, independently verify the relevant information.

No Guarantee of Safety

Neplify continuously works to improve Platform safety through moderation, reporting tools, technology, account controls, and community feedback.

However, Neplify cannot guarantee that:

• Every user is genuine.
• Every business is legitimate.
• Every listing is accurate.
• Every product will be delivered.
• Every service will be completed.
• Every employer will meet its obligations.
• Every accommodation listing is genuine.
• Every communication is truthful.
• Every transaction will be successful.
• Every fraudulent activity will be detected.

Users should use Neplify with appropriate care and judgment.
